We crafted a full menu around this hero dish, featuring delicious tandoori grills, rich curries, and Indian classics, all made with high-quality ingredients.
From concept and brand identity to menu creation, we led Bombay Fifty’s launch, shaping it into an authentic, delivery and catering model that became a local favorite for Indian comfort food.

The authentic Chicken Tikka since 1972. 

A long-standing favorite since 1972, Chicken Tikka Inn is one of the UAE’s most established Pakistani restaurant chains, known for its flavorful BBQ, biryani, and curries.
We were brought in to conduct a detailed strategic and operational audit, covering management advisory, menu assessment and engineering, and the development of refreshed menu categories designed to elevate the guest experience while staying true to the brand’s deep-rooted heritage.

House of Ramen is a modern, delivery-only concept that brings Japan’s favorite comfort food straight to Dubai, one slurp at a time.
Built around the original signature broth, we crafted a bold, crave-worthy menu that blends ramen classics with trend-forward twists. From rich bowls to easy bites, every item was designed for serious indulging and repeat cravings.

AL AIN, UAE – 2022

Specialty coffee with French & Italian dining experience

We partnered with Dunes Café to bring a refined French and Italian fusion concept to life centered around authentic food and specialty coffee.

Our scope included full menu development, from classic French pastries and Italian mains to signature Napolitan pizzas. We also led the kitchen design, including a live pizzeria and pastry counter, all planned to support smooth operations and enhance the guest experience through immersive service points.

Located in a charming villa on Al Wasl Road, Monno delivers a true ristorante artigianale experience, serving fresh pasta and Neapolitan pizza made with Italy’s finest tomatoes, cheeses, and olive oils.
